Aveni is redefining how financial institutions use AI. We build real, production-ready agentic systems that reshape how banks, advisers and financial services firms operate, replacing fragmented processes with intelligent, end-to-end workflows. We have been recognised as Fintech of the Year for two consecutive years and awarded Best Specialist Technology Service at the Professional Adviser Awards 2025. Backed by leading investors including Puma Private Equity, and commercially supported by Lloyds Banking Group and Nationwide Building Society, we previously completed one of Scotland’s largest Series A rounds. Since then, we’ve continued to grow rapidly as adoption of AI in financial services accelerates, and we’re now scaling our team to meet that demand.
The Role
We’re looking for a Wealth & Advice Product Analyst to help shape and validate AI powered tools for the wealth management and financial advice industry. This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience in financial advice who wants to apply their expertise in a product and technology environment. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering teams, acting as the bridge between real world advice processes and scalable AI solutions. This is not a traditional advice role — it’s an opportunity to influence the future of advice technology and build products used across the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate product initiatives into real-world workflows: Turn high-level product ideas into detailed advice processes, requirements and logic.
- Act as a financial advice SME: Provide expertise on advice processes, suitability standards and FCA expectations.
- Support solution design: Work with engineering teams to ensure features reflect real adviser workflows and operational realities.
- Validate product outputs: Review and test outputs from an adviser, paraplanner and compliance perspective.
- Drive product improvement: Identify gaps, edge cases and opportunities to refine solutions during development.
What We’re Looking For
Experience- Strong experience in financial advice or wealth management
- Background as a Paraplanner, Financial Adviser or Compliance File Reviewer
- Strong understanding of the UK advice landscape
- Level 4 Diploma (CII, CISI or LIBF)
- Financial advice processes and suitability requirements
- FCA regulatory expectations
- Tax wrappers and core financial planning products (pensions, ISAs, investments, protection)
- Advice tech ecosystem (CRMs, cashflow tools, report writing software)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable working with product and engineering teams
- Curious about technology and its role in improving advice workflows
- Self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and shape solutions from scratch
Why This Role Is Different
- A genuine seat at the table in product development, not a support function
- Direct impact on tools used by advisers across the industry
- The opportunity to apply your expertise to complex, unsolved problems
- A clear path into the fast-growing advice technology space

Even if you don’t meet 100% of requirements, we’d like to hear from you anyway if you believe you’d fit in. Apply now to join us on our mission to transform the financial services industry through AI.
Benefits at Aveni. What you’ll love:
- We’re a remote-first company across the UK, with regular off-sites and in-person gatherings that are always fun, motivating and team-focused.
