Summary
You’ll be responsible for translating cutting-edge concepts into real-world products, working closely with engineers, designers, product leaders, and customers. This is a hands-on role focused on delivery excellence, clarity of requirements, technical documentation, QA coordination, and continual product improvement.
You’ll sit at the heart of innovation, helping us create AI agents that actually work for financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements into clear, actionable Epics and tickets
- Drive backlog refinement and technical scoping with the engineering team
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads and remove blockers proactively
- Support staging QA and acceptance testing
- Develop internal documentation and user enablement materials
- Lead rollout documentation and coordinate customer training
- Feed into sprint retrospectives, roadmap reviews, and release notes
- Champion a high-quality product experience that aligns with user and business needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally in AI or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with AI agents, agentic frameworks, or process automation tools
- Experience working with financial services use cases or clients
- Strong technical acumen and agile delivery background
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- A passion for AI innovation and building real-world products that solve meaningful problems
