Summary
We’re looking for a highly experienced Solution Engineer with deep knowledge of UK banking, enterprise-level integrations, and cloud architecture. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, product, pre-sales, and customer implementation, designing and delivering solutions that bridge our AI platform with client environments.
You’ll ensure solutions are not only technically excellent, but also secure, compliant, and optimised to deliver rapid time-to-value for our financial services clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop expertise in our platform capabilities, technical landscape, and customer needs
- Lead the design and architecture of secure, scalable, compliant solutions in UK banking and enterprise financial services environments
- Design/document integrations between internal systems and external banking platforms
- Ensure solutions meet FCA compliance, data protection, and risk management standards
- Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer teams to translate business needs into technical architecture
- Provide architectural oversight from design through delivery
- Contribute to multi-cloud architecture decisions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Stay ahead of tech trends, regulations, and best practices to keep solutions future-ready
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a Solution Engineer or similar role, ideally working with financial services customers
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration approaches and multi-cloud environments
- Working understanding of FCA regulations and compliance needs
- Familiarity with AI solution deployment and how AI integrates into enterprise workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business and non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF, CISSP) advantageous
