We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to support Aveni’s cloud-first environment. You’ll provide first-line IT support, manage devices and user access, and help maintain secure, reliable day-to-day IT operations across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience across SaaS platforms, device management, and operational security within a fintech environment.

About the Role

  • Provide first-line support for employees across Google Workspace and SaaS tools including Slack, Jira, and GitHub.
  • Manage IT support tickets and escalate issues where required.
  • Support joiners, movers, and leavers processes, including device setup and access provisioning.
  • Configure, track, and manage laptops and IT assets using Mosyle and Apple Business Manager.
  • Support remote device logistics including shipping, repairs, and replacements.
  • Manage user access across Google Workspace, Auth0, and other SaaS applications.
  • Assist with IT operations, security processes, compliance activities, and documentation.
  • Help improve IT processes, automation, and user experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with Apple devices.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or MSP environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with MDM tools such as Mosyle.
  • Exposure to SaaS-based environments.
  • Understanding of core IT security principles and frameworks such as Cyber Essentials.
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment.
