About The Role

- Customer-Centric Approach: Actively engage with clients and integrate their feedback to meet market needs and challenges.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Significant experience in Product Management, ideally in scaling or enterprise organisations.
- Proven track record in developing and launching complex software products.
- Expertise in B2B environments, preferably within financial services.
- A passion for AI with a strong understanding of its application in product development.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience scaling businesses from Series A to pre-IPO is highly desirable.
- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.
