Business Development Director (iGaming)
Join Avenga as a Business Development Director – iGaming in the UK region (remote with frequent travel).
This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the UK and European iGaming markets, driving revenue growth and fostering long‑term partnerships with leading operators, suppliers, and affiliates.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales leadership, with at least 5 years in the iGaming industry (B2B or B2C).
- 5+ years of experience in IT Services and IT Consulting sectors.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the UK and European iGaming landscape.
- Excellent stakeholder management, networking, and negotiation skills at the C‑level.
- Deep commercial acumen and ability to structure and close complex deals.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and enterprise‑level partnerships.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the iGaming sector.
