We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Compliance to lead and oversee a sophisticated compliance function within a dynamic investment management environment.
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of senior compliance experience within Investment Management or Private Equity, ideally with exposure to private markets. You will have a proven track record of operating in a complex, multi-jurisdictional regulated environment, providing strategic oversight while maintaining robust day-to-day compliance controls. Technical expertise across FCA, SEC, AIFMD, MiFID/MiFIR is essential.
