Senior Legal Counsel - Investment Manager
12 months Fixed Term Contract
We're working with a well regarded private markets investment firm to find an experienced in-house lawyer for a FTC role, with a broad remit spanning corporate, regulatory advisory, employment, and shareholder matters.
This is a genuinely varied, hands-on role, the successful candidate will own day-to-day legal workflow and oversee the team's paralegal, while acting as a trusted advisor across the business.
Our client is looking for:
- 7–8+ PQE, with breadth of in-house experience
- Private markets experience is a plus, but equally open to strong generalists from a broader buy-side background
- Someone collaborative and proactive who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-caliber, meritocratic environment
Flexibility: for a more senior candidate, our client is open to structuring this on a 3-days-a -week basis.
