About the RoleThe eProcurement Support Adviser is responsible for delivering technical and user support for Pi, ensuring the system runs efficiently and users across Ireland are supported through training, troubleshooting, and clear guidance.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a high‑quality user experience, acting as an important link between internal stakeholders and suppliers. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by spotting trends, recommending enhancements, and helping align system functionality with business needs, while being part of a wider operations support team.
What You’ll Do- First‑line support & issue management
- Provide first‑line support to clients and suppliers, supporting day‑to‑day eProcurement queries across Ireland
- Assist the wider eProcurement Support team with daily operational tasks
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets using Freshdesk, escalating issues where required
- Manage supplier‑related queries, including ordering and invoice capture issues
- Support the resolution of data, system, and process issues impacting suppliers and users
- Own end‑to‑end supplier onboarding for Ireland, ensuring suppliers are fully integrated into the Pi system
- Troubleshoot Pi‑related system issues to maintain system integrity and usability
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and workflows in line with access controls and business requirements
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards, including GDPR
- Own client updates for cross‑team issues, ensuring communication is timely, professional, and constructive
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to support issue resolution
- Work closely with the wider international team to understand, investigate, and resolve reported issues
- Review and maintain the accuracy of procurement data, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
- Evaluate and process supplier data files, ensuring they meet required format and content standards
- Provide clear guidance to suppliers on correcting and resubmitting non‑compliant files
- Deliver training sessions to support effective use of the Pi system across Ireland
- Create, update, and maintain support documentation including user guides and FAQs
- Analyse support trends and recurring issues to identify opportunities for system and process improvements
- Contribute to ongoing optimisation of support processes and ways of working
- Excellent customer service approach with a strong user focus
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft tools including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience processing large volumes of data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, methodical, analytical, and numerate
- IT‑literate with a collaborative, team‑focused mindset
- Experience working in a helpdesk or support environment
- Knowledge of foodservice and/or hospitality environments
- Experience delivering or building technical training content
- Experience supporting users or suppliers in Ireland or similar markets
- European language skills
- Relevant customer service or training qualification
