We are hiring a Client Procurement Analyst in Guildford / Hybrid (UK & Europe Support). Are you an analytical professional with a passion for procurement, data, and commercial insight? About the Role

As a Client Procurement Analyst, you’ll provide analytical and operational support across client contracts within the healthcare, hospitality, and education sectors. Your work will directly support contract compliance, pricing accuracy, and the protection of client savings through robust data validation and insight. You’ll work closely with procurement, operations, suppliers, and client stakeholders, helping translate complex data into clear commercial intelligence.

What You’ll Do

  • Price Benchmarking & Market Analysis
    • Deliver accurate and timely price benchmarking across food and catering categories, supporting informed commercial decision‑making.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across supplier pricing.
    • Support continuous improvement of benchmarking methodologies and analytical approaches.
  • Supplier Pricing & Contract Compliance
    • Perform detailed supplier price review analysis to ensure alignment with contracted pricing structures.
    • Identify pricing discrepancies, anomalies, and risks, escalating issues where required.
    • Support the protection of client savings through rigorous analysis and controls.
  • Data Analysis, Validation & Reporting
    • Analyse large and complex datasets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
    • Carry out robust validation and quality assurance checks across supplier and client data.
    • Produce clear, structured reports that translate data into meaningful commercial insight for stakeholders.
  • Contract & Stakeholder Support
    • Support client contract implementation, ensuring pricing and data are correctly set up from the outset.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve data, pricing, and contract queries.
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of reporting, processes, and analytical tools.

What we’re looking for (Essential)

  • Experience in an analytical, procurement, benchmarking, or commercial support role.
  • Strong experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
