You will join us as a Client Procurement Analyst and be a pivotal support for our European Sales and Account Management Team. To provide essential support to Account Managers and key stakeholders across the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany. Responsible for data analysis & reporting, administration, and supporting contract management. This role ensures the accurate and timely execution of benchmarking and pricing initiatives—directly supporting cost efficiency and exceptional client service. You must be a fluent Dutch and English speaker.
Key responsibilities
- Benchmarking/ Market Price Analysis
- Complete price benchmarking projects to support stakeholder decisions
- Collaborate with clients and suppliers to obtain and clarify product information
- Deliver well-structured benchmark reports with clear summaries and insights
- Provide daily and ad hoc purchasing reports and data analysis to key stakeholders
- Interpret complex data sets
- Work in close collaboration with the sales team and assist clients when necessary, escalating urgent issues as appropriate.
- Set up new supplier and client accounts in internal systems.
- Track the status of RFPs and log outcomes in the sales platform (Salesforce).
- Prepare relevant sales reports to support meetings and decision-making.
Your skills and competencies
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage.
- A strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving results.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas and pivot tables.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
