Avendra International supports some of the world’s leading hospitality and foodservice organisations with smarter procurement and supplier solutions across Europe.
This role sits within our Operations Team and plays a key part in supporting Client Procurement Managers and priority client accounts with day-to-day procurement activity. You’ll be hands-on with client and supplier coordination, reporting, systems support and issue resolution.
The successful candidate will play an important role in building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring queries and issues are managed professionally, efficiently and with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication skills are essential for this role, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting Client Procurement Managers with day-to-day operational and account activity
- Acting as a first point of contact for client and supplier queries, managing them professionally and efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting procurement activity including supplier onboarding, pricing updates and contract implementation
- Producing client reports and supporting purchasing analysis as required
- Supporting system onboarding, training and ongoing user support
- Proactively managing and resolving issues, escalating where appropriate
- Contributing to continuous improvement across operational processes and systems
What we’re looking for (Essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach to work
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Nice to have
- Experience in procurement, foodservice, account support or customer service
- Exposure to supplier onboarding, pricing updates or contract implementation
- Experience supporting systems or user training
