Senior Reserving Actuary into its Global Reserving team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected actuarial function responsible for one of the market's largest global reinsurance portfolios, managing approximately

$3bn of reserves .

Working as part of an international team spanning London and the US, you'll play a key role in reserving, regulatory reporting and the continued transformation of the global reserving function.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality reserving analysis while helping drive innovation and process improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities include

  • Deliver quarterly reserve reviews and actuarial analysis.
  • Prepare, validate and analyse reserving data.
  • Manage actuarial data within the MRD reporting environment.
  • Support annual regulatory reporting.
  • Contribute to global reserving and transformation projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Lead workstreams and project initiatives, depending on experience.

About You

I'm keen to speak with qualified or nearly qualified actuaries with strong experience within

General Insurance Reserving .

Essential experience

  • General Insurance or London Market reserving.
  • Strong

SQL skills.

  • Experience using

Res Q .

  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global team.

Experience with

Alteryx, Python and Databricks would be highly advantageous.
