I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marine Claims professional to join a well-established and highly regarded insurer in the London Market. This role sits within a specialist technical team, focusing on the handling of complex and high-value Marine claims across a diverse portfolio. The Role
- Manage a portfolio of complex Marine claims, including coverage, liability and quantum assessments
- Develop and implement effective resolution strategies on high-value and technically challenging claims
- Work closely with brokers, clients, legal representatives and experts to drive timely outcomes
- Contribute to reserving, reporting and claims strategy
- Support underwriting teams with technical insight and feedback on policy wordings
- Play an active role in strengthening broker relationships and market presence
