Responsibilities:

  • Managing and secretariating fortnightly MGA governance
  • Supporting underwriting governance tracking across Lloyd's and company market capacity providers
  • Assisting our Business Analyst with operational delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and audit support
  • Contributing to automation, change management, and group-wide integration projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' hands-on experience in the insurance industry (essential)
  • Familiarity with MGA, Lloyd's or company market operations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a 'can do' attitude
