About the Role:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring policies are renewed and service levels are maintained.
- Communicate with customers via email and telephone, delivering exceptional service.
- Work closely with underwriters to agree policy restrictions and conditions.
- Contribute to both new business growth and renewal performance, with a structured incentive plan.
