Avencia Talent Solutions is recruiting for a Head of Claims – UK & Ireland for a growing specialty insurer.

The role oversees the UK & Ireland claims function, shapes strategy, governance and performance, and reports to the Group Head of Claims.

Hybrid working with significant Board exposure.

You will lead complex high-value claims, chair the Large Loss Committee, build strong cross-functional partnerships and drive governance and reporting improvements while remaining technically hands-on.
