You'll be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, building talent pipelines, and providing a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Working across multiple business areas, you'll support recruitment activity for functions including finance, claims, operations, and other corporate disciplines, while helping the business meet ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage a high-volume workload, typically handling around 20 live vacancies simultaneously.
  • Provide market insights and recruitment expertise to hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Support internal mobility and fixed-term hiring requirements alongside permanent recruitment activity.
  • Champion inclusive recruitment practices and contribute to diversity-focused hiring initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency, and candidate attraction strategies.

About You:

  • 3–5 years' Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Partner, or Resourcing experience gained within an in-house or RPO environment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong direct sourcing capability with a track record of identifying and attracting talent through LinkedIn and other digital sourcing channels.
  • Experience managing a high-volume requisition workload while maintaining quality and service levels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of the business.
  • Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of recruitment delivery.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
  • Experience recruiting within insurance is advantageous but not essential.
  • Candidates from financial services, banking, professional services, or Big Four environments will also be highly regarded.

What's on Offer:

  • Opportunity to join a growing and highly visible Talent Acquisition team.
  • Broad exposure across multiple business functions and international hiring activity.
  • A collaborative and supportive environment with genuine opportunity to make an impact.
