A prestigious global organisation is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join their growing Global Employee Experience team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a large-scale ServiceNow environment, supporting both day-to-day platform operations and exciting upcoming initiatives including AI-driven workflows, Employee Center and enhanced automation capabilities. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders across the UK, US and India, helping to optimise and evolve the platform while delivering an outstanding user experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and supporting the ServiceNow platform across ITSM and Workplace Service Delivery
  • Driving platform enhancements, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting the rollout of new capabilities including Now Assist and Employee Center
  • Creating dashboards, reporting and analytics to improve service delivery
  • Working on automation, integrations and workflow optimisation projects
  • Ensuring platform security, governance and best practice administration

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow administration experience
  • ServiceNow CSA certification
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Experience across ITSM modules and ServiceNow configuration
  • Knowledge of Performance Analytics, Employee Center and automation tools
  • Scripting/integration experience beneficial
