Exciting Operations Opportunity in London within the Insurance sector. We are a specialist insurance business platform supporting niche, innovative insurance teams across executive management, compliance, finance, and IT, and we are expanding.
We are looking for an Operations Associate with solid insurance experience to join our London team and play a central role in keeping our business running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and secretariating fortnightly MGA governance
- Supporting underwriting governance tracking across Lloyd's and company market capacity providers
- Assisting our Business Analyst with operational delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and audit support
- Contributing to automation, change management, and group-wide integration projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' hands-on experience in the insurance industry (essential)
- Familiarity with MGA, Lloyd's or company market operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
