We are a high-growth insurance business platform partnering with ambitious, niche insurance teams operating at the forefront of complex and innovative transactions. As the business scales, we are creating new roles for individuals who want to own processes, influence change, and work in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
This role offers a fast-track career opportunity with broad exposure across the business. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to help design, document and embed a scalable operating model, playing a key role in improving efficiency and enabling growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and document business processes, systems flows and data usage
- Design and demonstrate operating model solutions using process maps and documentation
- Implement process and technology improvements, including automation
- Develop and maintain operating model blueprints, standards and templates
- Act as a subject matter expert for business process design
- Support training, onboarding and key business initiatives across the group
- 2+ years' experience in insurance or financial services consulting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proactive, detail-oriented and solutions-focused team player
