What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage HR technology support activities, including ticket handling, incident triage, troubleshooting, and escalation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR system users, ensuring fast, effective, and high-quality support.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to support system improvements, process changes, and change initiatives.
  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and knowledge resources to support system adoption.
  • Support HR system administration activities, including user setup, data updates, and transactional processing.
  • Coordinate reporting, data audits, system testing, and UAT activities across HR platforms.
  • Provide hands-on support for Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course setup, access management, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver training and guidance to system users, promoting best practice, data accuracy, and compliance.
  • Support onboarding and training for new and privileged system users.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and introduce automation or new technology solutions.
  • Support the evaluation and testing of emerging HR technologies, including pilots and proof-of-concept work.
  • Produce and schedule reports, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and confidentiality standards are maintained.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in HR systems, HR technology, HR operations, or HR shared services.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
  • Experience managing tickets, incidents, and user support in a structured environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and HR data management.
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, system testing, or administrative support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience with LMS platforms, Agile ways of working, integrations, or automation tools is a plus.
