We’re partnering with a leading global insurer to appoint a senior leader to drive Digital underwriting operations within a fast-growing UK Broker channel. This is a high-impact role sitting at the centre of digital growth strategy—leading a team, shaping underwriting operations, and delivering real commercial results in an increasingly digitised market.
The opportunity:
- You’ll lead a Digital underwriting team, taking ownership of performance, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in delivering growth targets, enhancing broker experience, and launching new digital products aligned to a forward-thinking roadmap.
