Avencia Talent Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the in-house legal team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in London with three days a week in the office.
You will support reviewing and managing a significant commercial agreement and help ensure documentation meets project deadlines. You will analyse contracts, assist with drafting, version control and legal administration, and liaise with internal stakeholders to progress milestones while handling confidential information.
