Are you an experienced Paralegal looking for an opportunity to join the in-house legal team of a leading organisation on a high-profile strategic project?

We're looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract , based in London with three days a week in the office .

The opportunity You'll play a key role in supporting the Legal Team with the review of a significant commercial agreement, ensuring legal documentation is accurate, well managed and delivered within project timescales.

What you'll be doing Reviewing and analysing complex commercial contracts and legal documentation.

Supporting the Legal Team with contract reviews and document management.

Identifying and escalating legal risks where appropriate.

Assisting with drafting, version control and legal administration.

Working closely with internal stakeholders to progress documentation and project milestones.

Providing day-to-day support throughout this important legal project.

What we're looking for Previous experience as a Paralegal within an in-house legal team or private practice.

Experience reviewing commercial contracts and legal agreements.

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
