We are looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join a high-performing IT team supporting critical wholesale applications in a global insurance environment. This is a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, business-facing support functions. Experience in the insurance sector, particularly within the Lloyd's market, is highly advantageous.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll be at the heart of application support - keeping systems stable, stakeholders informed, and services continuously improving.
- Own incident triage, investigation, and resolution for business-critical systems.
- Support releases, deployments, and change processes end-to-end.
- Automate and optimise operational processes through scripting.
- Monitor system health and proactively prevent issues.
- Manage access requests, controls, and security compliance.
- Collaborate with vendors, service owners, and business stakeholders.
- Drive documentation, service improvements, and operational excellence.
What you bring:
- Strong experience in application support within a financial services or regulated environment.
- Exposure to the insurance sector (Lloyd's market experience a strong advantage).
- Hands-on SQL and scripting skills.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g. LogicMonitor, Redgate or similar).
