Claims Operations Analyst in City of London

Claims Administrator - 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join a busy team on an initial six-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous claims administration or claims data entry experience who can hit the ground running and support the smooth running of claims processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter claims data into internal systems and maintain up-to-date records.




• Provide general administrative support across claims applications and processes.




• Produce claims reports for internal stakeholders.




• Liaise with external service providers to support claims-related activities.




• Review, organise and validate claims data, identifying and correcting errors where necessary.




• Ensure claims information is accurate, complete and maintained to a high standard.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in claims administration or claims data entry is essential.




• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.




• Strong written and verbal communication skills.




• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.




• A proactive approach, with the ability to learn new systems and industry-specific processes quickly.




• Available to start by the end of November 2026.

Contract Details

• Rate: £350 per day




• Duration: 6 months




• Start: No later than the end of November 2026
