We are seeking an Assistant Underwriter to join our Marine Division in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a fast-follow marine portfolio, driving sustainable growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
About the role:
- Manage a fast-follow marine portfolio to ensure long-term profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and broker partners.
- Conduct regular assessments of the portfolio and make informed underwriting decisions.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor aggregate exposures and catastrophe management within company limits.
- Use data systems for portfolio analysis and provide performance reports.
