We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Underwriting Governance Manager to join our high-performing CUO Office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Group Chief Underwriting Officer and the UK Chief Underwriting Officer, supporting the smooth operation and strategic direction of our underwriting function. What you will be doing:
- Support the Head of Underwriting Management across a range of governance-related initiatives spanning Group, Entity, and Lloyd's Syndicate dimensions.
- Assist in shaping and embedding underwriting policies, processes, and strategic frameworks.
- Be a trusted partner to underwriters and line heads, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of key activities.
- Represent the CUO Office on internal projects and cross-functional committees.
- Act as a link between the CUO Office and wider business functions, adding value through insight and collaboration.
What you'll bring:
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, with hands-on experience in underwriting, governance, audit, or controls.
- Skilled in documenting and improving processes and procedures.
