What You'll Do
- Underwrite new business and renewals across delegated schemes, primarily within Financial Lines
- Manage broker enquiries, negotiate terms, and deliver profitable outcomes
- Act as a key referral point, maintaining strong service levels
- Build and develop broker relationships to drive long-term partnerships
- Support portfolio reviews, providing insight and recommendations
- Maintain strong underwriting discipline in line with authority levels and guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow and optimise scheme performance
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' underwriting experience (Financial Lines / PI preferred)
