The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of diverse claims, with a focus on Professional Indemnity and Cyber.
  • Work proactively to drive claims to a timely and fair settlement.
  • Apply strong knowledge of policy wordings across multiple classes of business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers.
  • Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will bring

  • Background in handling Cyber, PI or Construction claims, OR legal qualifications/experience transitioning into insurance claims.
  • Ideally working towards (or keen to study for) CII qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn in-house systems.
  • A proactive, organised and relationship-driven approach.
