Claims Technician
We\’re looking for a Claims Technician to join a collaborative and growing Claims Team based in London.
You\’ll support claims across UK and international business, working closely with underwriters and senior claims professionals. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to specialist lines including Cyber, Transactional Insurance, Technology PI and Media PI.
What you\’ll do:

Support claims handling, payments, closures and reporting

Produce loss runs and manage diaries and statistics

Assist with KPIs, claim allocation and team training

Handle lower value claims with support from senior team members

Work with brokers, managing agents and third-party providers
