Avena is recruiting for a visionary National Account Manager (NAM) to join our progressive team. This role is at the heart of our commercial strategy, tasked with steering Avena’s growth through innovative sales strategies and established customer relationships across the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth and Customer Retention: Focus on winning new business, upselling within existing accounts, and retaining customers to maintain in-year revenue.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies based on market, competitor, and customer insights to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring seamless customer experiences and relationship growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across departments to improve product offerings, service delivery, and market positioning.
