Avena Group is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to deliver strategic and operational HR support across the business in Dereham.

You will partner with leaders and employees to shape talent management, performance, engagement and organisational development in line with our values.

You'll lead employee relations, policy development, workforce planning and metrics reporting, driving culture, wellbeing and continuous improvement to create a positive employee experience at every level.
