Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead a team of Internal Sales Executives, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to maximise individual and team performance. Conduct regular 1-to-1 meetings to review performance, set objectives, and identify areas for development.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and drive the execution of the overall internal sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Avena Group’s business goals. Monitor performance against KPIs and sales targets, providing real‑time feedback and strategy adjustments as needed.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly track sales metrics such as new business generation, customer acquisition, and contract value. Analyse team data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Training & Development: Oversee the continuous development of the team through formal and informal training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and market trends. Ensure the team is equipped with necessary skills to meet evolving business demands.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
