Monitoring Surveyor

Avellio are currently partnering with a scaling business based in Solihull and recruiting on their behalf for an experienced Monitoring Surveyor to join the organisation.

We are now looking for an experienced Monitoring Surveyor to join the business and act as the technical advisor for lenders on a variety of residential projects across the UK.

This opportunity will suit an experienced Monitoring Surveyor who can hit the ground running and is looking for an opportunity to come in and make a real impact, the business are investing heavily in their £1-15M lending workstreams so their will be plenty of opportunity to grow and manage a team moving forward, experience managing multiple projects is essential and the core responsibilities will be monitoring and reporting, conducting site visits, managing a variety of residential projects across England, overseeing the tendering process, cost control and making sure the quality and legal standards are met.

Responsibilities and experience

• Previous experience managing a variety of projects
• RICS certified or in the process of accreditation
• Ability to own and run a variety of projects
• Experience within residential conveyancing
• Previous experience with reporting and monitoring for lenders

Location: Solihull (Hybrid working)

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + Car allowance + fuel
