Avellio has currently been tasked with supporting a large retailer in the manufacturing space and recruiting on their behalf for a JavaScript Developer to join the Team. We are now seeking a full stack Developer to join a close-knit team in Hull as they look to scale their in-house engineering team. This opportunity will offer a variety of new projects to work on, using tools and technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node, CAD and Docker. You will be joining a small dedicated Scrum team working in an agile methodology.

We are keen to speak with candidates who have a passion for software engineering and have some exposure to OOP programming languages who enjoy a fast-paced working environment.

Core skills & experience:
  • Experienced with Object Oriented Programming
  • Ability to work and collaborate with other areas across multiple projects
  • Experience with CAD would be beneficial
  • Familiarity with Jira and Scrum
  • Understanding of working in an agile methodology with regular sprint cycles
  • Experience with Typescript, JavaScript, ReactJS or NodeJS

Salary: £32,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Barton-Upon-Humber, Hybrid / Flexible working arrangement
