Avellio is partnering with a nationwide law practice and recruiting on their behalf for a Legal Assistant to join the team. We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to provide full support to our Solicitors, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality client service. The role involves:
- Preparing correspondence using our case management system
- Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person
- Administering filing systems
- Preparing mail for dispatch
- Managing diaries
- Carrying out audio typing from dictation
- Scanning and photocopying paperwork
- Handling routine client correspondence and queries
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent knowledge and experience within residential conveyancing
