Avellio are currently partnering with a scaling financial services business and recruiting on their behalf for an experienced IT Manager or lead developer to lead and manage a small team based in Solihull. We are also opening up this opportunity to lead developers who may be managing a small team already but don’t have the title of manager.
Responsibilities and experience:
- Previous experience managing a small team of developers
- Conducting 121s, code reviews and day to day management
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
