Avellio is partnering with a nationwide law practice and recruiting on their behalf for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join the team. We are seeking a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer to manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions. The role involves timely and cost-effective case processing, direct client interaction, and liaison with estate agents and lenders.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualification (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have significant experience managing a caseload. You should have recent practical experience in the legal profession, a proven track record in conveyancing client case management and fee earning, and be organised and process-driven. Commercial astuteness, commitment to excellent client care, and IT literacy, including experience with web-based case management systems, are essential.
