This role is for the haircare obsessed. As a skilled Counter Manager, you will provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers, aiming to meet all customer service and sales targets. This position allows you to act as the CEO of your own store, with full accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to deliver services and product demos using advanced technology
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to work in the country
