This role is for the haircare obsessed. As a skilled Counter Manager, you will provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers, aiming to meet all customer service and sales targets. Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to deliver services and product demos using advanced technology
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Experience in retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience in creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to work in the country
