Candidate profile
- Fluent in Russian (C1/C2) and proficient in English (minimum C1).

- Availability for rotating shifts totaling 40 hours per week (24/7 shift pattern).
- Energetic, confident on camera, and strong communicator.
- Comfortable working under performance metrics and live conditions.
Compensation & progression
- First 9 months: 4,124 RON net (~€828) — 7,049 RON gross (~€1,418).
- After 9 months: 5,022 RON net (~€1,008) — 8,585 RON gross (~€1,727).
- Performance bonus after 3 months of probation: 3,000 RON net (~€609).
- Paid professional training and ongoing development programs.
