I am currently recruiting for a Training and Compliance Officer to work for a cutting-edge technology company based in Glamorgan, but on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £45,000 + Relocation + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for many years and are worldwide leaders within the design, development, and manufacture of their highly intelligent products. As a business they have a very impressive turnover, employ around 250 people and are constantly evolving their legacy products as well as designing and developing new innovative products to bring to market.

In line with the business's expansion plans and in order for them to meet their objectives they have the need to appoint a Training and Compliance Officer on a permanent basis.

In this role as a Training and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for all the necessary training for the business making sure there is a record of everything to ensure compliance for audits. You will be involved in training staff on SOP's (standard operating procedures), work instructions, health and safety, compliance and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures. You will also be involved with the onboarding of new staff and therefore will include inductions.

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience as a Training and Compliance Officer, Training Officer or similar
  • Experience working within a Manufacturing, Production or Engineering environment
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience within a highly regulated industry (ideally Medical ISO:13485)
  • Experience training staff on some or all of the following SOP's (standard operating procedures), work instructions, health and safety, compliance and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures
