I am currently recruiting for an Engineering Change Coordinator to work for a cutting-edge technology company based in Glamorgan, but on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £38,000 + Relocation + Benefits.

The organisation has been in operation for many years and are worldwide leaders within the design, development, and manufacture of their highly intelligent products. As a business, they have a very impressive turnover, employ around 250 people and are constantly evolving their legacy products as well as designing and developing new innovative products to bring to market.

In line with demand for their products and to support the business with their growth objectives, they have the need to appoint an Engineering Change Coordinator on a permanent basis.

In this role as an Engineering Change Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all ECR (Engineering Change Requests) / ECN (Engineering Change Notes) / ECO (Engineering Change Orders) for the business. This will have you working across multiple departments coordinating all the necessary people to ensure that all the necessary actions within the ECN/ECR/ECO are happening correctly and on time. This could include testing, compliance, trials, validation, and documentation.

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience dealing with ECR (Engineering Change Requests) / ECN (Engineering Change Notes) / ECO (Engineering Change Orders) and managing them within a business across multiple departments
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience within a highly regulated industry (ideally Medical)
