They handle some of the UK’s most complex projects, with a strong focus on London. Over the years, they have grown steadily and now employ a multidisciplinary team ranging from graduates to Directors. To support ongoing growth, they are looking to appoint another Senior Rights of Light Surveyor / Associate on a permanent basis. The role offers flexibility to work from their state-of-the-art London offices, initially on a hybrid or remote basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other Surveyors, CAD Analysts, and Directors on various projects across the UK. Your typical duties will include research, negotiations, reporting, analysis, financial management, and client contact. A good understanding of mitigation options to advise clients effectively and the ability to review legal documents are essential.
