I am currently recruiting for a Quality Systems Engineer to work for a leading engineering organisation based in Devon. Salary up to £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits.

The company are leaders within their field of expertise and are seen as the go-to organisation within their specialist product area, not only in the UK, but on an international basis. They have multiple offices throughout the UK, as well as being strategically positioned throughout the world. They have gone from strength to strength over recent years and via organic growth as well as a range of acquisitions they have strengthened their client offering ensuring they stay at the forefront of the market.

To support the growth of the business they now have the need to appoint a Quality Systems Engineer on a permanent basis. In this role as a Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for staying on top of the QMS (Quality Management System) ensuring that any changes are recorded appropriately. This will involve you arranging meetings with the necessary stakeholders to ensure changes are actioned and gain sign off from the respective parties. You may get involved in conducting some RCA (root cause analysis) and follow up with CAPA's.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience working as a Quality Technician, Quality Engineer or similar
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
