I am currently recruiting for a Project Management Director to work for one of the UKs most highly regarded real estate organisations. This role will be based in London but can be performed on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £95,000 + Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits.
The organisation has a fantastic heritage and is recognised as a leader within their field. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market, working on some of the most complex and prestigious projects within the UK.
In this role, you will be required to expand the project management offering across the North, generating new business while strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will deliver projects for an established client base across a variety of sectors, including industrial, office fit outs and refurbishments, student accommodation and build to rent. While these existing relationships will support growth, you will be expected to bring your own network to help with further growth of the business.
Essential Requirements:- Previous experience as a Project Management Director, Director of Building Surveying or similar
- Chartered Building Surveyor / MRICS or FRICS
- Experience working within a Consultancy
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial, or Office Fit Out/Refurbishment projects
