I am currently recruiting for a Senior Rights of Light Surveyor / Associate to work for one of the UKs leading specialist advisor and consultancies based in London. Salary up to £75,000 + Benefits depending on skills and experience.
The organisation has been established for over 10 years and are recognised as specialists within the sector they operate within. They work on some of the UKs most complex projects with a strong emphasis in the London area. They’ve gone from strength to strength over the years and employ a team of multi-disciplined experts ranging from graduates to Directors.
To support the ongoing growth of the business they now have the need to appoint another Senior Rights of Light Surveyor / Associate on a permanent basis who can work from their state‑of‑the‑art offices in London, albeit initially hybrid / remote.
Within this role as a Senior Rights of Light Surveyor / Associate you will be working closely with the other Surveyors, CAD Analysts and Directors on a range of projects throughout the UK. Typical duties will include:

You should have a good understanding of the range of mitigation options available to ensure you are always able to provide clients with the best advice and must be comfortable reviewing legal documents.
