I am currently recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor to work for one of the leading property companies in London. Salary up to £65,000 + Benefits. The organisation has a fantastic reputation inside the M25 and has been in operation for many years. They have a very specialist team of multi-disciplined individuals and have people situated strategically throughout the region to ensure they offer a first-class service to their clients.
To cope with the current workload and in line with their expansion plans, they need to appoint another Chartered Building Surveyor on a permanent basis. In this role, you will predominantly be conducting building surveys (level 3) for a range of residential properties inside the M25. However, you will also be involved with expert witness, dilapidations, party wall, and project monitoring.
Ideal Requirements:
- Chartered Building Surveyor / MRICS or FRICS
- Experience conducting building surveys (ideally level 3 as per RICS)
Whilst titled a Chartered Building Surveyor, it is possible to bring you straight in at Director level providing you have the right skills and experience.
