Truss Production Supervisor - West Midlands - up to £31,000 + Shift Allowance + Benefits - REF 2040I am currently recruiting for a Truss Production Supervisor to work for a leading construction company based in West Midlands.
Salary up to up to £31,000 + Shift Allowance + Benefits.
The organisation has been established for a very long time with a fantastic heritage.
They employ hundreds of people across the UK and are deemed one of the UK's leading construction companies within their area of specialism.
To support the business with its growth plans and in order to deal with the workload forecast they have the need to appoint another Truss Production Supervisor on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Truss Production Supervisor, you will initially be responsible for overseeing 7 individuals specifically working within the Truss production area to ensure that production output is met whilst ensuring all quality standards for the products are upheld.
This role will eventually develop and have you overseeing the Spandrel and Cassette production areas as well and subsequently will be supervising more people.
This will be shift based and the patterns are 6-2,2-10,10-6, but typically you would be on either 6-2 or 2-10 as a single shift, when busier it would go to a week of 6-2 and a week of 2-10 and in extremely busy periods all 3 shifts would be in operation, but this isn't frequent. Requirements: Previous experience as a Truss Production Supervisor, Production Supervisor or similar Experience with Trusses, Joists and/or Timber Frames This is a fantastic opportunity for a Truss Production Supervisor, to join a market leading company that offer fantastic training and development opportunities to better yourself.
